Christus Health Equips its Security Personnel with Body Cameras

​A member of the Health Care Financial Management Association and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Paul Generale brings a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of experience as a healthcare executive to Christus Health. Paul Generale works as the executive vice president and chief strategy and network officer at Christus Health's Dallas office.

Christus Health is a Catholic, non-profit healthcare system comprising over 600 centers, including community hospitals and walk-in facilities. In June, Christus Health equipped its security personnel in all member-facilities with body cameras. This move aligns with Christus Health’s commitment to keeping its facilities safe for patients, healthcare workers, staff, and guests.

In a statement, Christus Health’s vice president of security and public safety Roy Alston Ph.D. said that the organization endeavors to provide its security personnel with innovative devices “to ensure the health and wellbeing of every patient, guest, employee or care practitioner that enters one of our centers.”
